Should you be not fully satisfied, you can exercize your right of refusal within 10 (ten) days of the receiving the product, sending within 10 (ten) days of receiving the item a registered letter (postal service only – no UPS, FedEx, DHL) with notice of reception, containing:

• a manifestation of the wish to take advantage of the benefits conceded by the law;
• a description of the item;
• the progressive number of the order made at the moment of purchase or ordering;
• complete data of your bank account (name of bank, local bank agency, number of account and other informations needed for international transfers)

As an alternative, you can send:

1. a telegram, within 10 (ten) days of receiving the item, to the above address, or
2. a fax, within 10 (ten) days of receiving the item, to the number ++39-055-287741 indicating the same details as in the registered letter mentioned above.

In both cases, 1) and 2), the communication must be confirmed within 48 hours of sending the telegram or fax by a registered letter with notice of reception, sent to the above address.
To obtain a reimbursement, within the same term of 10 (ten) days from the date of receiving the merchandise you must, in addition, send back by mail the item for which you want to exercize the right of refusal.
The item must be sent together with the bill of delivery and/or the bill of accompanyment attached to the item at the moment of delivery.
Within 30 (thirty) days of receiving the registered letter in which you manifest the wish to exercize the right of refusal, GA.MI.DA di Michele Mangani e C. SAS
will make reimbursement through a bank transferral. The above reimbursement refers exclusively to the price of the item as shown in the order form and in the bill of delivery: in any case the expenses for sending and delivery of the product back to GA.MI.DA di Michele Mangani e C. SAS
are not an object of reimbursement and will remain the responsibility of the consumer. A necessary condition for the exercize of the right of refusal is the substantial integrity of the item and its wrapping.

Please note that our items are all strictly handmade, shipping times may vary depending on the availability of the item.
